Phil Neville thinks some of his England squad face toughest moments in their careers

Phil Neville admits that his players aresuffering as a consequence of Englands five-match winless run.
Since losing the World Cup semi-final against the United States in July that the Lionesses have dropped to Brazil, Norway and Sweden and attracted against Belgium.
Neville believes the barren run of outcomes has influenced his players says Tuesdays battle with Portugal at Setubal seems like a must-win game for his squad.
Weve been accustomed to winning because I came to the project and even before that, Neville told Sky Sports News.
This team is used to winning so it is not likely just the toughest period for me personally, it is the toughest time for everyone that works in our squad.
There is 23 gamers and 20-odd staff who are suffering at this period in time as theyre probably not used to what we are going through.
But I think we said in the summer with the changes that we will create, we might need to suffer in the subsequent 3 camps.
This is the next camp, weve got a different camp in November and at the moment we all believe in where were moving. We believe the changes we are making will require us into a better place than where we have been and at this moment in time, its hard for everyone.
I think it probably makes tomorrow evening better to the players since theres no 3 points to play for.
On the next two decades there arent any eligibility games (with England hosting Euro 2021) but tomorrow night feels like a game we must win.
